We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your selection, please return it within 10 days on the date of purchase. We will happily refund or exchange your product.

What currency are the prices in?
All our prices on our site are listed in Canadian Dollars, and charged in Canadian Dollars.

ORDER CHANGES:
If you make a mistake or have problems when ordering from us, please call or email us, so we can help you make changes.

SHIPPING:
Our shipping methods are automated from our website and therefore, off they go to you, in the time indicated at checkout. If we can help you change something before shipping has occurred, we are happy to help.

Currently we ship to the United States and Canada only. You will need to call us to place your order to ship to Britain or other countries. We can quote you a shipping rate at that time and then you decide if these additional shipping charges are reasonable and acceptable to you before we place your order.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
Upon receiving your order you should immediately open and inspect your order in front of the UPS driver. You should refuse shipment if the package(s) appear damaged. If you received damaged product and were unable to refuse shipment, please call 1-604-872-8873 immediately.

RETURNS:
All orders will not be exchanged or refunded without prior authorization from Red Galleria. Please contact us at support@redgalleria.net to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be included with the returned item.

Please take a look at your order upon arrival to be sure they made it to you safe and sound. Most of our products are light to heavy, but none are usually breakable. If you need to return your item, please call us to make arrangements within 10 days of your purchase.

100% satisfaction guarantee: 10 day refund, 30 day exchange subject to a $15 dollar restocking fee. All return shipping fees will become the customer’s costs. All items are to be in it’s original condition. If this is not the case, your item will be delivered back to you and shipping charges will apply and no refund will be accepted.

ORDER CANCELLATION CHARGES:
Due to credit card fee’s Red Galleria will charge the customer 7% fee on the total dollar amount of the items ordered and cancelled. This has become necessary because we have had several large dollar orders placed and then later cancelled. It’s a cost we can not and will not pass on to our other customers.
